LBI Distilling Company produces all of its spirits in-house on Long Beach Boulevard - no off-site production, no mass-market shortcuts. We make Cool Vibes Vodka from 100% corn for a gluten-free, smooth-finish spirit, craft Shark Fin Gin with citrus and vanilla botanicals, distill Rudderless Rum with notes of caramel and vanilla, and age Aurora Borealis Bourbon for two and a half years to develop its distinctive honey and brown sugar profile.
